Spacious and comfortable deluxe room with great view. Easy check-in/out process. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable price compared to nearby hotels. Good location.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Absolutely not an ideal stay for family with children, the room is small and the staffs was 'cool'(not very friendly). Although it was few minutes walking distance from JR station but it was not convinience with traveller who's carrying a big luggage.

Clean, modern rooms. Design interior. Good location. Only lan internet on the room, but there are cheap laptops for rent. (10€/ day)
Free internet in the lobby was slow and didn't work properly. Rooms not to big. Not a family hotel, more suited for businessmen

the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the stylish and modern design of the rooms. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, making me feel like I was in a foreign country. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

None. Thought the staff were able to communicate in English, but NO. Chose it because it is a Best Western but the standard of service is a disappointment.
Filthy. Found hair under the pillow and on the bed sheets. The bathroom had blood stain on the curtain and mud stain on the shower head. Inefficient drainage in the bath tub caused foul smell all the time. Used their room freshener but someone refilled it with pure alcohol. Ventilation not working--no temperature nor fan control. Luckily windows could be opened. So although it was near zero degree, we had the window opened all the time during our stay. Extremely small room. No space for hanging more than one jacket; no space to open luggage except for putting it on the bed. We booked for a moderate room because we are willing to pay extras for a better quality room. We were so wrong. Paid for breakfast but receptionists said no until I produced a print out of the voucher and argued for it. How come they missed such a routine info in their system? Yet no apologies for their mistake. How unfriendly! BEWARE that although it says "No reservation for parking is needed". We were sent to park 2.5 blocks away in a public open ground! More ridiculously, we were asked to park first and then walked back to the hotel with all our luggage and our two kids from 2.5 block away in a cold winter evening. When asked where we could drop off the luggage and the kids, we got a NO with a stern face. We have no choice but abandoned the car at the corner of the hotel and hurried back down to figure out the public parking venue. Although with a simple map and a car GPS system, we circled the area 5 times until we found the designated parking lot. No smiles and no simple greetings at all times during our 2N3D stay. Where are their manners? Even McDonald's knows "smile is free". No need to waste time trying their breakfast. Food were not fresh and taste was bland. Everyone in the breakfast room left within 5 mins. One bite tells you all. Made us wonder why they are in the hospitality industry.

We stayed in a hotel that is within walking distance of the train station and conveniently located for exploring nearby towns. the room was simple but clean and adequate for a night's stay. the hotel has nearby restaurants and shops, and is close to public transportation. Our room had air purification system which was a plus.
The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there are places nearby to eat.

The price was decent for a city centre hotel. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and some local restaurants. the beds were comfortable enough for a city break.
The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was cramped. the hotel lacked character and felt quite generic.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Oita city. the location couldn't have been better - it was right in the center of the city, within easy walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Secondly, the staff were excellent, providing top-notch service and being very friendly and helpful. Finally, I was impressed with the value for money - the prices were very reasonable for what was offered, including basic amenities and even rooms with a balcony. The attention to detail and the overall experience made it a great choice for my stay.
All aspects exceeded my expectations.

Great location near central attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge and TV. The free wifi was fast and reliable.
Sadly, the positives were overshadowed by the negatives. The walls were incredibly thin, making it difficult to sleep as we could hear our neighbor’s conversations and TV. The breakfast was lackluster and overpriced. We were also disappointed to find the gym was out of order during our stay. The elevators were slow and dated. we didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean and provided ample space for a solo traveler. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they even lent me a plug adaptor when I forgot mine. The hotel's location is convenient, located just a short walk from the train station, and right in front of the airport bus station. This made it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. I would say that the hotel's facilities, transportation options, location down the road from the station, and staff were some of its best aspects.
None.
